Luma Candles brings hands-on scent experience to Paris

Luma Candles is testing its first Paris pop-up in The Marais, with handmade beeswax candles and mini candle-making for visitors.

Luma Candles is bringing its first pop-up store to Paris from 1 to 16 December 2026. The handmade candle brand is using the temporary space to introduce its products and explore interest in the Paris market.

A natural fit for The Marais

The pop-up is located in The Marais, a neighbourhood known as a hub for design-minded locals and tourists. For Luma Candles, the two-week initiative offers a chance to test the market before considering a permanent storefront.

Founded by a former perfumer, Luma Candles specialises in hand-poured beeswax candles. Its collection includes 12 distinctive scents inspired by Paris neighbourhoods, with clean-burning formulas free from paraffin.

A hands-on candle experience

Visitors can pour their own mini candles while exploring the brand’s range of scents. The pop-up is expected to welcome around 1,500 visitors and offer a selection of 40 products for both locals and tourists.

With a team of three, Luma Candles is sharing its focus on sustainability, craftsmanship and eco-friendly gifting. The move from a kitchen start-up to a temporary shop marks the next step in the brand’s growth.
