What We Are Looking For:
* Location: Barcelona (Central, accessible, or creative neighborhoods preferred).
* Property Type: Ground-floor space with a street-facing window. Open to traditional retail storefronts, creative studios, art galleries, or vacant ground-floor apartments with character.
